The hour long special was recorded on August 17, 2013 at the North Carolina Museum of Art in Raleigh, NC. The show, shot on the end of Merritt’s full-band tour in support of her Yep Roc Records 2012 release Traveling Alone, was created to showcase the Raleigh native and UNC-Chapel Hill graduate’s homecoming show in August and her brand of Americana and roots music. Its title, Still Not Home, named after a song on the album, also reflects her love for her home state.
