Released in 2012, Tift recorded these songs near her home turf of Raleigh, N.C. during a break on her tour with alt-country band, the Jayhawks. The previously unreleased "Good Hearted Man" and "Broken" appear as special acoustic versions alongside the single, "Sweet Spot." "I think these are some of the most natural recordings I've made," says Tift.
